The first part of the proposal involves a work of alignment and listening to the body on the floor, which continues with a part of the study of joint movement and connections between parts of the body, linked to the release technique. In the second part we will work on improvisation exercises with particular attention to relationing to the other and choreographic themes that nourish the research of Caterina Basso. The goals are: to give participants a moment of study and, at the same time, receive important stimuli for research having the opportunity to share it with other bodies.

CaterinaBasso is a dancer and choreographer. She collaborates, among others, with Roberto Castello. In 2009 she began her collaboration with Ambra Senatore for the duo Passo, which won the Rome Equilibrium Prize. In 2013 she begins her career as choreographer and becomes part of the ALDES authors, presenting her works in Italy and Europe and winning the best prize only at the XX Masdanza Festival. She is a lecturer at the Amphibious program and she leads laboratories in Italyand France.
