Io vorrei che questo ballo non finisse mai/I wish this dance would never end is an event mixing drama, cinema, song and dance as a tribute to the great directors of the Commedia all'Italiana. During a monologue telling of the attraction between two people in a ballroom, dance scenes from famous movies by Federico Fellini, Vittorio De Sica, Dino Risi, Luchino Visconti are screened, taught to and danced by the audience in an immersive party experience filled with nostalgia, desire and fun.
Io vorrei che questo ballo non finisse mai means in fact one thing: a dream-like image. Because each of us would love to be the protagonist of one of those masterpieces.
