The perfect balance of shapes can be satisfying, but also disturbing: how a dialogue can be possible if we see ourselves when we're looking at the other? What happen if the similariry brings us to melt into each other and to loose our identity? Starting from the fascination for symmetry and from the multiple symbolic meanings of the mirror in arts, in this contemporary dance performance Buscarini explores symmetry as a place of disharmony and conflict.

RICCARDO BUSCARINI coreographer winner of several awards in Italy and abroad, among these the award Prospettiva Danza 2011, Fondo Frse Anticorpi 2012, The Place Prize 2013. He takes part in international projects danceWEB (Wien), ArtCross London 2014 (UK, Taiwan, China), Performing Gender (Italy, Croatia, Spain, Netherlands), MAM-Maroc Artist Meeting (Marrakech), NID Platform 2014 and 2022 and collaborates with Summerhall (Edinburgh), London Festival of Architecture, Nahmad Projects (London) e UNA Galleria a Spazio Leonardo (Milan). In 2023 he founds De Arte Saltandi, cultural association he's the president of. In the season 18/19 he's been on stage at PimOff with I wish that this dance would never end.
