Cabe. A VHS Elegy is a performative project, the first stage of a journey that starts from everyday objects, personal and shared memories to investigate the father-daughter relationship and one's own identity. Through movement and word we question ourselves about what remains of a person's life in the objects he leaves: in this case, a father who leaves 349 videotapes to a daughter.

Giulia Bean graduated in choreography at the National Academy of Dance (Rome). In 2018 she followed the company of Lenka Vagnerová (Prague) during the creation of the play Avant Tout by the director Lionel Menard. Always fascinated by the analogical world and the exploration of non-academically educated bodies, she works alongside non-professionals through improvisation techniques.
